CLE Trauma Informed Advocacy: Understanding Your Client, Trial Considerations, and Managing Burnout

October 30 @ 12:30 pm 1:30 pm

Join Erin Tomlin with Tomlin Law PLLC for this presentation on trauma informed advocacy. Trauma impacts individuals differently and is often heightened by complex trauma over a person’s lifetime and our adversarial court system. This training will guide participants in understanding the causes of trauma, how complex trauma affects a person’s ability to navigate the legal system, creating trauma-informed environments and improving attorney-client communication, and applying these principles in litigation to improve outcomes for clients and the community.

This program is intended to be broadly beneficial for all levels of experience.

Join us virtually on October 30th from 12:30-1:30 p.m. MT / 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. PT. Upon registering, you will be sent an email invite to add this program to your calendar and the link to attend via Teams will be included.

1.0 CLE credit pending. Register below.
