CLE: Domestic Case Workshop – Defending Your First (or Next) Domestic Violence Case

November 4 @ 12:30 pm 2:30 pm

Teri Jones and Rachel Lara-Schmidt will present a two-hour CLE on representing clients charged in Domestic Battery cases. The first hour will be a presentation followed by an hour of discussion, or “case chat.” If you haven’t yet tried a domestic case, the first hour is a must! If you’re on your 100th case, but want to get some strategic feedback in a group discussion, bring it! If you would like to submit queries or scenarios prior to the workshop, please email Teri Jones or Rachel Lara-Schmidt.

This program is intended to be broadly beneficial for all levels of experience, though it may serve as a refresher for the more seasoned professionals. The workshop portion will be particularly useful for those who have real time questions or scenarios they are working through.

Important Note: This program is structured to include one hour of instruction with an additional one hour of hands-on skill building in a workshop format. Please plan on attending the full two-hour session and come prepared with your questions or case scenarios to discuss.

Join us virtually on November 4th from 12:30-2:30 p.m. MT / 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PT. Upon registering, you will be sent an event invite to add this program to your calendar and the link to attend via Teams will be included.

2.0 CLE credits pending. Register below.
