CLE: Overview of the Rider Program with North Idaho Correctional Institution

Join us for a presentation by Cameron Kirk, the Rider Program Manager for the North Idaho Correctional Institution, covering the ins and outs of the Retained Jurisdiction, or “Rider” Program. Topics that will be covered will be:

• Client movement from sentencing all the way to a release to probation,
• Overview of treatment programs offered and how placement in those programs happens,
• Culture and expectations at NICI for staff and clients,
• Addendum to the Presentence Investigation overview, and
• Q&A

This program is intended to be widely beneficial for all experience levels, focusing mainly on a 10,000 ft. overview.
