CLE: Your Trial is Actually Going to Go… Now What?

December 4 @ 12:30 pm 2:30 pm

Join Amy Smith and Abby Broyles from Elmore County and Ada County as they host a presentation and skills workshop on how to prepare your case for trial! This CLE will be most helpful for those who struggle with organization or who are new to trial practice. They will teach you how to build a trial binder, how to be prepared for impeachment, and how to comb police reports with an eye towards cross-examination. Amy and Abby hope to take away some of the stress of trial and teach “a good organization system shortens the road to the goal.”

This program is geared towards those new to trial practice or those who are in their early years of trial practice but may be helpful for seasoned attorneys who need an assist with organizing themselves in preparation for an upcoming trial.

Important Note: This program is structured to include one hour of instruction with an additional one hour of hands-on skill building in a workshop format. Please plan on attending the full two-hour session and come prepared to work on the skills you learn in real time.

Join us virtually on December 4th from 12:30-2:30 p.m. MT / 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. PT. Upon registering, you will be sent an event invite to add this program to your calendar and the link to attend via Teams will be included.
