DESCRIPTION:Join Jessalyn Hopkin\, a Juvenile Deputy Public Defender from Bannock County\, and Stacy Pittman\, a private attorney who does Child Protection/Guardian Ad Litem cases\, to review ethical obligations public defenders have to their clients\, and if or how that obligation applies to a child client.
