SUMMARY:CLE: Trial Tips for Defending Domestic Battery Cases
DESCRIPTION:Join Idaho-based attorney Mistie Bauscher to learn more about defending domestic battery cases in Idaho. Mistie graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga in 2004\, obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho in 2010\, and immediately began representing defendants in criminal cases and trying cases before juries.  Mistie has been a member of the IACDL since 2011 and was the proud recipient of the 2023 Nevin Professionalism Award.  Mistie is currently a partner at Briggs and Bauscher in her hometown of Caldwell\, Idaho. This online session is free for public defenders and good for one SPD CLE credit and one Idaho State Bar CLE credit pending.
