DESCRIPTION:Join Abby Broyles and Scott Rowley\, both of the Ada County Office\, during this lunchtime CLE about introducing your own evidence at trial. Come learn (or get a refresher) how to introduce photos\, video\, transcripts\, records\, and even physical evidence! We will review foundational requirements\, sneaky evidence loopholes\, and step-by-step instructions on how to get that piece (or pieces) of evidence that the State doesn’t want you to show a jury! \n\n\n\nThis program is intended to be broadly beneficial to all experience levels\, though will mainly cover the basics. \n\n\n\nJoin us virtually on February 27th from 12:30-1:30 p.m. MT / 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. PT.
