SUMMARY:CLE: Post-Conviction Relief
DESCRIPTION:Spend an hour with Ketchum-based defense attorney and capital defense expert Andy Parnes to learn about post-conviction relief in Idaho. \n\n\n\nAndy will focus on Sixth Amendment post-conviction cases from the perspectives of both trial and post-trial attorneys. Mr. Parnes practiced as both trial and post-conviction counsel and has had Sixth Amendment claims made against him. He will impart some little bits of wisdom from these experiences. This presentation will focus on avoiding Sixth Amendment claims as well as protecting your client and yourself when such claims are made.   \n\n\n\nThis online session is free for public defenders and good for one SPD CLE credit and one Idaho State Bar CLE credit pending.
